Getting down to the bottom of the berry bowl? Claf Getting down to the bottom of the berry bowl? Clafoutis is the answer.  Your five year old can make it with a smidge of supervision during your 10th Zoom meeting.  Older kids can make it by only having to ask where two ingredients are located. 🤣 I promise, you have everything in your pantry, and you can even use frozen berries or peaches.  PS:  sub GF flour!  Details below👇
1 cup milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup sugar
Splash of vanilla 
2 Tablespoons of butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
2 cups blueberries
Preheat oven to 325.  Whisk together all ingredients except flour and berries.  Mix until sugar is mostly dissolved.  Add the flour and mix until smooth.  Pour into 9” pan or cast iron skillet. We are not letting anything go to waste—-not eve We are not letting anything go to waste—-not even pickle juice!! Pickles go fast in our household 🤷‍♀️, and I just can’t let that brine go.  This caraway pickle sour dough rye is so darn good, and possibly the best bread I have ever made.  The recipe is in our latest Enews and on our website. These falafel check all the boxes for quick, easy, delish and different.  Kids can put them together with a masher or food processor.  Make them bright green with parsley or a bit of arugula.
