Valentine's Day is for Doughnuts!
Sunday, February 10
We are changing Valentine’s Day to Valentines’s Day-nuts! Kids will be actively making Red Velvet Doughnuts with Cream Cheese Glaze, Doughnuts filled with Vanilla Pastry Cream and topped with Chocolate Ganache, and Baked Doughnuts topped with Cinnamon Sugar. $45 per child. Ages 10-14, Sunday, February 10th. $45/person

Kids are taking over the kitchen! Learn tasty treats and useful techniques during this week-long, hands on camp. Campers will be actively creating breakfast, lunch, dinner, and treats all in preparation for the most coveted reservation in town: Parents Banquet! Camp is Monday through Friday 10am until 2pm. Ages 8-14. $295/week
Pastry Engineering Camp!
Monday-Friday, June 24-28
We invite your kids to discover the science of baking! In our week long camp students will learn both common and complex dessert recipes and the corresponding chemical reactions that make it all possible in a fun, safe, state of the art kitchen. Each of the five days, we will explore various dessert and pastry topics, focusing on ingredient variability and composition. This test kitchen style curriculum will engage students and spark interests in both science and baking. $295/week
