2. For the Baker: Anything from Dorie Greenspan, but especially Dorie’s Cookies and Baking Chez Moi. Her baking is the perfect cross between rustic and fancy (is there such a thing?) and her directions create perfection on the first try.
3. For your Love: Cooking for Jeffrey by Ina Garten. Ina and Jeffrey’s love is tangible, and to me, nothing says love like food!
